This page sums up the rules that shape your first month with us. It is a short guide only. Our general terms, the bonus rules in section 7 and the wording of each promotion take precedence wherever they differ from it.
Who may play
Accounts are open to adults of 18 and over. We allow one account per person, household, email address, phone number and IP address. Your details must match the documents you send. Duplicate accounts are closed, and any bonus on them is removed.
How our bonuses work
Each welcome stage and most reloads need a deposit of at least £20. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the welcome package. You activate a bonus in My Bonus before betting with the qualifying deposit. Only one bonus is active at a time. Welcome stages carry 20x the deposit plus the bonus, the Weekend Reload 35x, and free-spin winnings 40x. Each bonus must be wagered within 10 days. While it is active, a single bet may not exceed £100. The most a bonus can release is 10x its amount, and £50 or £100 from free spins. Games count towards wagering at different rates, and excluded titles count for nothing. A withdrawal request before or after activation voids the bonus. Cancelling a bonus clears its balance.
Withdrawals
We review requests within up to 3 business days. At most 3 may be pending at once. A deposit not turned over 1x carries a 10% fee when withdrawn. Money returns by the route it came in, and we may request documents, which are due within 30 days.
